Cyrus the Great (610 BC - 530 BC) has been recognized as one of the best strategists in history. He is well known for his groundbreaking approach to leadership and ruling - being considered by many as the first to instil human rights. While being a conqueror, Cyrus respected the local religions and customs, in contradiction to the typical repressive strategy of his peers. The Cyrus Cylinder is by many considered the world´s first charter of human rights.

Cyrus was founded in 2019 as an independent value-driven advisory firm. In 2023 we established Cyrus Corporate Finance AS a regulated advisor by the Norwegian FSA (Finanstilsynet).
